I bought a Samsung Cellphone ( Handset : SGH-F250, Rs.7999/- ) from Indiatimes.Com,
the handset was defective and hence tried to get in touch with Indiatimes.com , but
was referred to Samsung Authorized Service Centre, Moti Nagar, on meeting those guys
they demanded an amount of Rs.4500 for mending the cell phone, but the the cell
phone was barely a week old, hence it was under warranty period. And finally, after
a lot of effort ,i.e. have spend around Rs.1000 on getting the cell repaired but of
no use, I decided to file a complaint against the Samsung people .

Indiatimes has handed over a defective cell and Samsung is not ready to mend it free
of cost. As a custmer I would not pay a penny more. Would take this matter very
seriously now. After all we are educated Indians ,these sort of companies cant make
a fool out of us.
