Sir/Madam,

I shall be highly obliged if some attention is provided to my problem. I have purchased my cell ( Nokia 6208c)
on 23/08/09 and its EMI no. is 356872024960439. I am having problem in it after few days of purchasing.I had
submitted my phone many times at the Nokia care (Near Shadipur metro station) but my problem is not solved.Problem has occured again and again two times
they said they are sending my phone to the company but i got the same result my phone is not working.

Some problems which I am having in my phone :-

1. If i switch my phone and restart it, it will hang.
2. Enable to use opera mini.some software problem.
3. Messages are not received in a correct format again software problem.
4. Some times when my phone on vibration it dosen't apprised me about the calls or messages.
5. Some time my phone switch off automatically.
6. Some time message are not received to me and the person to which i am sending the messages but when, I
restart my phone this problem is sorted out for that time but again occured after some time.


I have wasted my time at the Nokia Care many times but i am fed up now please..... tell What to do? Now my warranty is about to finish on 23/08/10.I am very
disappointed about the service which i got from the nokia care.All the promises for the service are seems to be broken.I shallly be obliged if you can help
me.

(consumer court).After the first mail,I got a call from Mr. Baljeet which is working in a Nokia whose cell no. is 9958181544 they said go to your nearest
Nokia care we will swap your phone they submitted my phone over there.After 5-6 days they gave my same phone and said please try this for 5-6 days if problem
occurs again,we will swap your phone.They are making me fool like this from last 1 year but i dont want to use this phone or any other phone from Nokia.After getting my cell from Nokia Care,I made a call to Mr. Baljeet to apprised them about my same problem they pick my phone once and said call me tomorrow but they don't pick my phone again.
I just want my money back,so please help me in this.

yesterday,I got a call from Nokia they were saying that its the first time when my cell went to the company.Now,I dont know who is right or who is wrong.

My name is Sanjay Mittal. I am owner of Harshit Communication, Pundri, Kaithal, Haryana and one of the topmost retailer of your NOKIA HANDSETS in Pundri.I gave no.1 sale of your NOKIA in Pundri and still giving also.
Sir, I am facing a very serious problem, which has been occoured by your NOKIA CARE, KAITHAL(phone no-09812573335).
I have submit a set of mine at your NOKIA CARE, KAITHAL on 7th October. They told me that you will get the set in 15days. After 15days, I called your NOKIA CARE, and they said to me, your set has been repaired, so you can come any time and take it.
Then, I go to your center for taking my set, but what I saw, set did't repaired yet.
Then they said to me give us some more time and I gave. After some day I called again, then they said to me, come and pic your set. When I went there, the same thing happened again with me and continuously they are doing me again and again.This time again, they asked me for some more time, and when I denied properly, then they said to me, (ki ja nahi hota thik tere mobile, jo kar skta ho kar le).
What the bulshit is going that?

If this problem is still persist after 24working hour, then I am bound to go to under the shelter of CONSUMER COURT.
