    I purchased SE xperia arc on 14th sep at Madurai tamilnadu and my phone not working with gprs for past 4 days right now I am in HUBLI I went for your service dealer at hubli vidyanagar for reporting the complaint they treated me In a very bad manner and they asked Rs 500 for checking the phone during the warranty period why I wants to pay money ?
    And more over the way your people treated me I really upset and now I am thing why I purchased SE
    I am customer purchased phone for 29,000 Indian rupees this is not the small amount first teach your people how to approach with customers
    Please do the needful and action

    i submitted my cell phone on 18 november 2011 at sony ericsson service centre (harsh communication) at ferozpur road.my phone's ear speaker was not working. and they promised to give me after 10 days but i didnt received yet. and they are again making a promise to give it on tuesday. i suffered this same problem second time. please help me out of this problem . my cell is zylo(w20) black colour and my contact number is 9023900017

    i am having c510. from last one month it is pending with said costomer care centre as the set was having signal problem but they are probaly unable to rectifiy it. plx give us better ennginer for proper service

    We have purchased two Sony Ericsson W580i phones. One back in 2008 and the other about a year ago. 2 months the older phone's screen went and would only come back intermittently. Yesterday exactly the same happened to the second phone. I still have the box for the first phone but as yet cannot find the receipts. Both were bought from O2 in Weymouth. What options have I got?

    Question sony ericsion W-8 MOBILE SET- NEW - PROBLEM

    I HAVE PURCHASED A SONY ERICSSON MOBILE HANDSET MODEL WALKMAN W-8(E16i) FOR RS.9300/- ON 02/01/2012 AT ""POORVIKA MOBILE SHOP"" PALAYAMKOTTAI IN TAMILNADU PIN 627 002. RIGHT FROM THE BEGINING , THE BATTERY IN THE MOBILE CREATES PROBLEM. WITHOUT USING ANY MULTIMEDIA IN THE MOBILE, THE FULL CHARGE IN THE BATTERY GOT AUTOMATICALLY DOWN/DISCHARED WITHIN 5 HOURS. NOW A DAYS, THE FULL BATTERY CHARGE STANDS ONLY FOR 3 HOURS PROVIDED IF WE USE THE MOBILE VERY VERY MINIMUL.

    WHEN I HAVE VISITED THE SHOP TODAY AND INQUIRED ABOUT THE PROBLEM, THEY SIMPLY TOLD THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROBLEM. WHEN I HAVE REMINEDED ABOUT THE WARRENDY PERIOD , THEY SIMPLY GUIDED ME TO GO THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE. WHEN I HAVE CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTRE, THEY TOLD THAT THEY ARE AT PRESENT NOT HAVING ANY ACCESSORIES AND ONLY AFTER 10 DAYS THEY WILL REPLACE THE BATTERY IF THEY RECEIVE THE ACCESSIORS, SIMPLY TOLD.

    I AM SURPRISED BY THE POOR SERVICE / REPLY FROM THE SALE SHOP AND SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE. ALSO, I GOT COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION ABOUT THE PRODUCT FROM THE SONY PLC.

    I REQUEST THE CONCERNED CUSTOMER CARE AUTHORITIES TO DIRECT THE SALE SHOPEE PEOPLE OR SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE TO GET IT BACK MY MOBILE SET AND REPLACE THE NEW ONE OR ATLEAST THE BATTERY TO SAVE THE NAME OFTHE COMPANY.

    Default complain about delay to repair the phone

    I have given my handset(Sony ericsion xperia neo v) for touch pad repearing ( which is in gurantee) on 30th APRIL at THE MOBILE CARE,B/1,SAMRAT COMPLEX,IN CHOICE RESTAURANT GALI, NR. SWASTIK CROSS ROAD,NAVRANGPURA,AHMEDABAD.

    Despite of my several enquiry for status of my handset i didn not get any response from them and till today i did n't received my handset yet.So i request u to take actions ASAP otherwise i'll have to take some actions.
