    Angry Replace my sony ericson j105i mobile phone

    SIR,
    I HAVE PURCHASED A SONY ERICSSON (MODEL NO: J105I IMEI NO:012249000164573) MOBILE ON 11.05.2010 FROM YOUR STORE - SONY ERICSSON EXPERIENCE STORE , SWISS TIME HOUSE , GCDA COMPLEX , MARINE DRIVE ,ERNAKULAM PH NO: 0484-2350553 , 2354959 .
    AND ON 22.07.2010 IT WAS NOTICED THAT PHONE IS DEAD AND CANT POWER ON. THEN I SUBMITTED THE PHONE TO STORE FROM WHERE I HAVE PURCHASED THE PHONE .THE AUTHORISED PERSON IN THE SHOP HAS SAID THAT FIRST THEY WILL CHECK THE PHONE AND IF ANY PROBLEM WHICH CANNOT BE CORRECTED BY THEM , THEN THEY WILL SENT THE PHONE TO THE YOUR COMPANY . AND THE PHONE WAS SENT TO THE COMPANY (WORK ORDER NO:SE310TH113074). WE HAVE CONTACTED THE STORE KEEPER MANY TIMES AND THEY REPLIED THAT THE PHONE HAS NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY .
    AFTER 3 WEEKS THAT IS ON 13.08.2010 THE PHONE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO US AND IN THAT WORKORDER IT HAS BEEN GIVEN THAT PCB HAS BEEN REPLACED .
    BUT ON RECEIPT OF THE MOBILE , I HAVE NOTICED THE FOLLOWING DEFECTS.
    1)THE PHONE IS STILL DEAD AND CANT POWER ON .
    2) THE BATTERY HAS BEEN CHANGED , AS WE HAVE NOTICCED THAT THERE IS LOT OF SCRATCHS IN THE BATTERY AND BATTERY LOOKS AS IF IT IS A OLD BATTERY .

    AND AGAIN WE SUBMITTED THE PHONE ON 14.08.2010. WE ASKED THE STORE KEEPER TO REPLACE THE PHONE BUT AT FIRST THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE THE PHONE , AT LAST THEY AGREED TO ACCEPT THE PHONE AND SAID THAT THEY WILL SENT THE PHONE AGAIN TO THE COMPANY AND WILL REPLACE THE PHONE WITHIN A WEEK (NEW WORK ORDER ISSUED ON 14.08.2010 -SE310TH113410


    SO I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE MY MOBILE PHONE WITHIN A WEEK AND TO TAKE THE REASONABLE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . IF NOT I WILL BE COMPELED TO FILE A SUIT IN CONSUMER COURT FOR ALL THE MENTAL TENSIONS AND FINANCIAL LOSS THAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH .

    SO PLEASE TAKE A QUICK ACTION AND REPALCE MY PHONE WITHIN ONE WEEK.

    I DONT WANT THE PARTS OF THE PHONE TO BE CHGANGED , I WANT MY PHONE AS SUCH TO BE REPLACED .

    Angry Malfunctioning problem in Sony Ericsson mobile phone ( W350i )

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased a SONY ERICSSON mobile phone Model : W 350i / Black - Price = 4300/-, from Kuruvidhadam Associate Pvt. Ltd. ( Address 34/138-D, Shalom Tower NH By-pass Road, North End, VadaPPally - Kochin-24 - Authorised sony ericsson dealer ) on 28. DEC 09. via Invoice No. 13275 Item No : 50697464.
    From Last two to three month the phone starts malfunctioning i.e. get switched OFF automatically and that to very frequently in a day. Due to which most of the times I am not able to receive or know the important calls for me.
    For this product defect i have visited the dealer and service center in Vapi - Gujarat ( Currently I am working in ) again and again. But still no fullproof action has been taken on the above said issue, Which leads to the wastage of time and money. As i am a software engineer and working for a multinational company. Due to unavailability of the cell phone, I Lost my important opportunities.
    Request you to look into matter and make arrangement to resolve the issues ( either by repairing or by replacing the handset ) immediately. I request you to consider this as voice of repeted customer and responding on above issue accordingly.

    I had purchased above mentioned Mobile Phone in December 2009 from your authorized Disti.

    Since I had purchased above said phone it has a technical problem in it of Charging the phone.
    Severally I had gone to your Sony Service Centre for check up & repair of the same but after all I found no solution of it.

    You are requested to please help me to either repair my phone so that I can use it as I had not used it till now frequently or replace the Mobile set as early as possible.

    Await your quick response & immediate action in this regard.

    Default complain against service centre rt outsourcing service ltd faridabad shop no-4

    i had given my phone k790i for repair on 16 august 2010.the key foil of the phone was to be changed.its been around 20 days i havent received my phone and when i call them they say that the key foil is not coming from main head office.please let me know the status of my phone,when will i get it back.

    I purchased this handset in 2010-09-06.

    Apart from this I don’t have any details.

    Please help me to trace my lost mobile, I had very important contact details as well my personal photographs.

    I am very much worried if it reaches to wrong hand, they can mis- utilize also. If possible can u block the phone so that other person could not use the mobile.

    This is Ksheeraja Agnihotri here from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, I was using this Sonyericsson Mobile for the past 1 year, Now the mobile display has got to repair, i have given for Service in Gorakhpur (Sony ericsson Authorised Service centre on 26th August 2010 ) But when it has been more than 3 weeks, still there is no response, They keep on Saying "We have no Mobile parts, when parts will come,i'll give you your mobile, the time not certain. even when i talked to service center they performed very-very poor behavior and not only i am suffering this type of problems but also there was many people are suffering they tell that they will not use sony ericsson again becoz of very irresponsible service " My job order form is SE31003112042.. My model is W395 Sony ericsson .

    What the Bloody Service is offering to customers., I am working and suddenly my mobile got crashed,, but it has been more than 3 weeks so, & they will not give a certain time and I cant belive on that stupid excuse -WE HAVE NO SONY ERICSION PARTS SO then what the difference between brand service and local shops?.

    But the service u give us is very very poor.. No response /No call back / nor No confirmation.
    If You are not able to provide a good service so close ur company and please dont say Happy to help.

    Worst service.. I need my mobile repaired back soon, Please do the needful..

    When i change my sim , it always asks for phone lock code- which, i have forgoten.

    Thumbs down Complaint regarding bad customer dealing

    I'd submitted my sony ericsson W580i to one of the sony ericsson's service center on 24th june,2010 but since today, 4th oct,2010 i've not get my phone back. sony's service quality is really bad.

    Default complint regarding W 395

    I had puchesed W395 in Oct 09 being a very satisfied custmorof Sony from last five years, but this time i was not so lucky,
    from very 1st day i faced problems i.e. poor quality of speaker & mice deposit it sony service, got no solution deposit again to service centre in 1 month problem not sort out. Sim trey crecked without changing sim our touching to it, deposit to service centre replaced sim trey charging Rs 650.00 set received after one & half month.
    Lack of voice clarity mantained, After somtime its slider divide in to parts, Lcd brightness lost set deposit to service centre after 40 days i have received hand set with lot of major changes like pcb replaced, Lcd replaced, IMEI No. changed.
    after 4-5 days it face problem to dedecting sim for an hours, deposit it to service centre still it is deposited in service centre.

    I am now copletely fed up with all of above, I have no interest to repaired it again & again , I now determine not take this set from service centre at any conditions. No. of time contact to custmare care (1800-11-1800) they always says " You comlaint has been forwarded you get response after 48 hours but i have received same answer on next time & every time.

    I have pay Rs 7350 for this, Co. should replaced with new set with same value. Negligence to customers interests, may led to more hard steps. which may not good for our healthy relations

    Hello,
    I purchased SE Naite J105i phone and from the first week I am facing problem with voice clarity.
    It just keep noising when I call somebody or receives call. It didnt happen if I use headphones.
    I gave phone for repairing in service center at -
    RT Outsourcing services Ltd-Nasik
    Viraj Corner,2nd floor,Shop 9,Sharanpur Road, Canada Corner,Nashik.

    They took 15days to repair the phone and today I got the phone but the problem is not resolved.
    Even I cannot use the phone.I purchased the phone on 11-04-2010 so it is in warranty.
    I am very disappointed with the phone and service.
    I need piece to be replaced.

    Thumbs down Sony Ericsson Gona Finish Near Future

    I saw almost all comments, u know sony ericsson Company that if u give this kind of service , den no one will purchase ur phones in future, Either u Give Best Look or Latest technology from ur competitors like NOKIA , Samsung etc.
    If ur company cant provide Spare parts den y u selling ur phones and giving 1 year warranty.
    u should Learn at least how to give services after selling ur product .
    Even i Gave my AINO (U10i) on 7-10-2010 in one of ur service center in Sec-3, Opp. NDPL office, Rohini, Delhi , The problem was just dat ringer volume was too low , and was hanging some time but dat ringer is not available dat was the answer from the authorised person sited over der, they told dat with in a week ur phone get reparid , but today (23-10-2010) after spending 17 days , his reply is dat part is not available , when it will available we will call u, means no surety when part will be available , y u manufacture ur phones when parts is not available ????
    anyway My workorder Number is SE310VRO10389 & IMEI is 356815030044581 , Hope that Ringer will be available soon hehehehehe what a joke............. from starting i was using Sonyericsson mobiles like p990i, W550, K750i, almost in every phone i got some minor problems , but dey repaired my handsets with in 7 days always, but now a days ur company giving worst service,
    I m also in NOKIA L3 center , so i know each any every thing about the process , We have some limitations or time period in which we have to return customers handset , but ur company ................. , u should understand what i want to say huhhhhhh.
