    Default Poor response from your service centre- RT outsourcing services limited panjim

    I had submitted my mobile phone Z530I on 05.03.2010 for complaint of improper hearing. I was told that the mike needs replacement and that it will take 7 days to be repaired. After 7 days they told that it will take another weeks time. After that the same reply is repeated and now after almost 24 days it appears that the service centre is fooling about us and hence i am forced to decide that i should be withdrawing my phone without repairs

    I waited and waited for a
    positive reply from your service centre . As no other option left , i
    touched base with your customer care . It has been a month now , i am
    waiting for my cell phone to get repaired , but there has been no
    support from your end . It has been a pathetic experience after buying
    a cell phone of your company . I m really sorry for your poor and
    unreliable customer supports and the like .

    I request you to
    please repair my cell phone/issue me a new handset as soon as possible , so that i
    can sell
    the cell phone and swear not to buy a sony ericsson phone again ; nor
    suggest some one to buy the same .

    Angry not satisfied with the service

    i purchased u10i model b4 4month but just in a month it got problem in display i gave it to sony service at MADURAI in TAMIL NADU my u10i was returned after a month with the display been changed but the back side of the slide was damaged and i again gave complaind and they said they have ordered that part at CHENNAI i visited the service center 3 to 4 times ,it have been 1 and half month still my problem is not solved i have never seen a worst service likt this .....my contact number is 9894548881, and e-mail id hiteshrithik2002@yahoo.co.in....my 1st complaint workorder number is :SE310SM410290

    Default complain about sevice centre on Cunnigham Road

    I bought a Sony Ericsson W910i phone in November 2008. It’s a fine handset and I am very happy with it. Only thing I am not happy about is the attitude of your staff at the service centre at Saleh centre on Cunningham road. I have gone to the centre four times, twice because of some minor problem and the last two times because my keypad stopped functioning. But my point here is that the two ladies working there don’t have a pleasant attitude. One of their names is Subhashini. The first 3 times I was consulted by this lady. She is so rough with our phones that I was afraid it’ll break any moment. The way she opens that battery part of it and the way she removes the memory card, it’s pathetic! I even told her to be gentler and softer but she is egoistic that she dint at all change her ways. Even the manner in which she talks is so rude. We ask her anything about the defect in our phone she will answer as though she is doing a grand favour to us. I had written a complaint about her in “feedback form” but the next time I went she was the same. I don’t think that the feedback forms are even read. They are just there because it’s the company’s policy. The other services are also so lousy. They are least customer friendly. It seems that they are working only because they are told. No personal interest at all. It’s a dreadful experience. I asked Subhashini if their senior was around because I really wanted to complain about her coarse attitude, but she answered me after lots of explanation. She forced me to tell her the about the matter that was troubling me. Why should I tell her? I clearly wanted to meet the senior and that was it. Why is she compelling me to do something? Even the senior was no good.
    When I went to collect my handset a few days later, my intuition was correct. Again the service was as awful as ever. To give me a change of Rs37 it took her 20 minutes. And totally to make all the papers and various documents it took almost 45 minutes. Such is the service. And still she didn’t have the exact change. She gave me Rs35. Is this the kind of service we expect out of Sony Ericsson?
    I request you to look into the matter and take serious action. I am really upset about the kind of service. This experience will compel me to go back to Nokia.

    Unhappy complaints of sony ericson

    i m chetan ,i was purchase sony ericson ELM ......that piece lost they voice,
    i gave that piece to "RAJKOT SONY ERICSON STORE". to mr. JITU
    he told me that they give me a new piece.....after 2 week




    ..........after a week i was go there. they offer me a new "EXPRIYA MINI" and said me give 5100 rs. extra.....i said dont woory...i can give.
    but after my own calculation.. i feel they cheat me......on 1 bill chargable VAT is 525 rs. but they collect from me 1165rs. it means it is 2.5 times more VAT...............when we explain them mr. JITU said that what ever i say that is finally.....it means they cheat on the basis of VAT clooection........so please dont go to "RUSHABH ELECTRONICS" - OPP. ASTRON CINEMA-RAJKOT. THEY CHEAT PUBLIC ...................AND ALWAYS CALCULATE VAT...........

    Default complaint aginst AUTHORIZED CENTRE..... R T Oursourcing 2 Ripon st kolkata

    My set T 250 i has been given to RT Outsourcing, 2 Ripon st kolkata for repair on friday 2.7.2010 at 4.30 pm and was told to me that very next day it will be ok after intimating me the estimate with subject to my confirmation. Today I need to call at 033 22267310 several times and got a third class response from their front desk that it wont be repairable as the mother board get destroyed and it will be chargable upto rs 3000.00 but if I discontinue to repair it with them then also I need to pay this 275.00 as service charge....This is I feel ridiculous and when I ask her that I need to talk to their authority they simply reject to allow me to talk to their authority. The point is when a service centre failed to repair and ask me the charge which is the same amount of the set then it is not at all a proper customer service. More over the permission to talk to their authority is not being granted.

    Default remarkable service from sony ericsson customer service centres round the globe

    i purchased k330 model mobbile 6 months ago.before the expiry of my warranty/guarranty period my battery stopped functioning.as i went to one of your company's service centres in my town ,i got k330 replaced with another set whose life didnt last for more than a week.pls give me a solution. i want my money back.
