Dear Sir,



I filled a case against Nokia in January,2006 in Kolkata . Till now
after many dates case has not been solved as Nokia once agreed for it's
deficiency in service in December 2007 and were exchanging my handset
but i refused. I wanted money back along with compensation . Since
then case is going on and now consumer forum has cancelled my case by
saying that it's taking too long and my advocate didn't appeared at the last
date( i came to delhi and hired an advocate
in kolkata who is looking after my case).

I just want to know how can a consumerforum cancel the case without
comming to any conclusion, whatelse can i do to make the case in my
favour as it's almost 3yrs now . Pls suggest me something as I have moved
to Delhi now and case is running in Kolkata against Nokia kolkata and
I am feeling help less after so many hard efforts.

Can I file case against the Consumer Forum and as well as against that advocate?
How will I operate it from Delhi? Is there any solution for this poor helpless
guy ?
