Dear Team,



I purchased a Nokia n73 on 21.09.2008. The Serial Number written over it are
355718022720930. But after 2 Days its started giving problems such as
hanging, Incoming & outgoing voice disturbance, during play of Songs
stoppage in it.



I have given this handset to Nokia Care at Noida on 30th Sep, After 20 Days
I Received Mobile But the Problem was as it as. After some time I have
again given to Nokia Care at Gurgaon 2nd time But Problem Not solved.



3rd time I have given My Mobile on 17 April 2009 Job Sheet No.
151433527/090417/41 & after this lodged complaint at NOKIA CARE NO.
1800-425-3388 My Complaint No. 2-3YEAEB.



In turn I have receive a call 25-04-2009 by nokia care Gurgaon- & they said
mobile is repaired and will be returned shortly.



Then I went to NOKIA CARE Gurgaon But Problem Not resolved, & Screen of the
mobile was Broken which was right at the time of giving to Nokia Care.

In this regards, I met Manager of Nokia Care Gurgaon . But he was not ready
to listen me in any way. He also abused me verbally. I am very disappointed
to see Nokia's hopeless service.



I not receive my mobile till date...!





Please help resolve the issue..
