Reliance LG CDMA Mobile Compalint

Dear Sir,

I have bought a Reliance LG CDMA mobile RD-6250 on 14th May 2008 From

Western Communications
Franchisee Reliance Communications
Shop No. 16, Plot No 16,Rishabh Tower Community Center Karkardooma, Delhi 92,
Tel 011-32533633, Cel:-09312005305

it is good working phone but after After 6 to 7 month it has some problem the Bluetooth not working and its software may be restart many time in 1 days, but I did not take it seriously, but when it has restart too much and my call disconnected when I am talking any one, and its blue tooth not working, After this I register a complaint to the LG Service Center ( Comhard Systems D-30-31, 1st Floor, Near Shipra Hotel, Delhi – 92, Center Cod is :- IN018397CDM0020) on dated 26th Feb 2009 but Ms Monika Garg give me a written receipt and refuse me for the service and she said to me that it is out of warranty. I have Purchase Bill & Complaint bill but it is misuse for me.
Please help me about this problem, what I should do?
Kindly reply me for the solution.

Hello,

Have you registered your complaint with the LG customer care ? If so then kindly share it, apart from this send a written notice to the Managing Director of LG via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them to repair + damages.

Note: Keep the delivery slip safe, it is very important if we need to go to the consumer court.

Dear Sir,

I have all ready do the complaint in LG customer care but they give me the written slip that is out of warranty, we cant repair it, if you want to repair it that you have to paid it.
Complaint given by me on 26th Feb2009 but they refused me and give me the service slip

Cenert code is IN018397CDM00520 COMHARD SYSTEMS LAXMI NAGAR DELHI -110092,

PLEASE REPLY ME WAHT I DO?
