I bought Motorola W160 on august 2009, and since then the keypad light remains on, had given the product for service twice, and once they said the the main board they have replace it. but the light remains ON. DOES MOTOROLA VALUE THE CUSTOMERS?? I AM GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT.

this is to inform that the Handset ZN200 black was purchased by me end of Sep'09 and its key pad is malfunctioning, the set was given in the servcice centre on 5-4-10 at 11:24 am. and they have assured the Set will be handed over by a week. Now they are told that the parts is not available. The service centre will be returned the set after they get the parts. Now the cant give any assurance, when they will get the parts and when my handset will be returned.

It is shame that a multinational company is unable to solve the problem

i bought motorola a810 a few months ago and from its beginning the result is worst(unbearable).The service centre is also not responsing well and delaying its repairing work.I gave it for repairing about 25 days ago and till now they are delaying its delivery and are not telling us that when they will return my phone.Due to this I am suffering a lot as my business is interrupted.

There was a prob in my moto rokr. Its charging point suddenly stopped charging. It's in gurenty period, so i send it to motnrola care centre , chandigarh.
They registereed my complaint nd returned it back to me after few days making it fault corect. When i recieved it, it's battery was fully charged.
After 2 days when i need to charge it , i found it with same fault, it's nt charging.
Nw what to do?

i was purchased motorola W210 with tata CDMA facility on 13 nov. 2008 in delhi, i was not in delhi from last 6-8 month so i didnt used it but now this no. as well as this phone is not working, i tried with different tata no in this hansdet still not work, shopkeeper said i have to ender some code to open to use other SIM. there is no any other SIM is not working in this handset due to that i am not able to know my IMEI no. also. how could i unlock it and use for other TATA SIM....kindly helpout me....thank you

TO WHOMSEOVER IT MAY CONCERN,
I bought a Motorola WK290 phone from a Mobile Store Limited in Jabalpur , Madhya Pradesh.
Address-Shop no.20&21,Caravs Plaza, Station Road, Civil Lines Jabalpur, Dated 05.09.2010 for Rs 1800 .
Invoice Number is 831/706166.
After some days the phone started giving me trouble. It would stop working all of a sudden and would not start for a long time. I asked the shop keeper to take back the phone and return my money but he repaired the phone and gave it back to me.
However, the same problem started again. When I asked for my money back, the sales people said that the matter would be decided by Ms. Rashmi , who is one of the sales person there. I made multiple trips but could not meet her as she was never in the shop. Now, after more than a year, they are at last ready to give me a refund but only Rs.1000.
I want a refund of the entire money i.e.Rs.1800+Rs1000 as compensation, as I have been making frequent trips to the shop to get my money back and have never received the service that you promise to customers . The bad quality of the phone and the poor service has greatly frustrated me over the course of a year and you must take responsibility for it.
Otherwise I will file litigation in the consumer court for Rs. 10,000 for mental agony and inconvenience caused to me. Kindly do the needful.
