    Default Nokia Service Centre

    I hav given my Nokia 3500c mobile to service in NOkia Care on 25th oct. I got it back on 30 th oct. The problem starts again on 31st itself.

    I have given my mobile again to Nokia care in chennai(Valasaravakkam) on 3 NOV 2008. I have inquired in that care for two months, they are not responding properly and also they are asking to come every week. But they are not returning my mobile. I have already sent two mails to them. I have made a compliant to nokia care more than 5 times. No response from them also. I was totally disappointed by their services and the responses.
    The jobsheet number given by them is 372343506/081103/67.
    The reference number given by them is 2-3jz1zn.
    My phone IMEI number is 353080022863513
    The centre which i given is

    Simtech Computronics Pvt. Ltd.
    Chennai (West)
    83 A Arcot Road, Brindavan Nagar Valsaravakkam, Chennai- 600087.

    I want to file a case in consumer court because of the following reasons:
    1. Made me waiting for 2 months.
    2. Asking me to come everyweek.
    3. I have lost lot of interviwes because of phone.
    4. I am unable to get call from important persons.
    5. My mind was totally disturbed because of their service.
    6. I am unable to study for my semester exam because they asking me to come during those days also.
    7. While going out of station, i am unable to contact my family.
    8. They have given me four contact numbers. If i made call to them, they are not attending the call.

    NOKIA
    Dear Sir,

    I filled a case against Nokia in September,2006 in Kolkata . Till now after many
    dates case has not been solved as Nokia once agreed for it's deficiency in
    service in December 2007 and were exchanging my handset but i refused. I wanted
    money back along with compensation . Since from then case is going on and now
    consumer forum has cancelled my case by saying that it's taking too long( i came
    to delhi and hired an advocate in kolkata who is looking after my case).
    I just want to know how can a consumerforum cancel the case without comming
    to any conclusion, whatelse can i do to make the case in my favour and recall
    the case . Pls suggest me something as I have moved to Delhi now and case is
    running in Kolkata against Nokia kolkata and I am feeling help less after so
    many hard efforts.

    Default Problem of Nokia 3500C

    Dear Sir / Madam,


    This is to inform you that, I had purchased a Nokia Set (Model No: 3500Classic, Imei No: 353080028548092.) on 6th September’ 08 from Mobile Store at Dalhausie,Kolkata. I found that the said mobile was in-operative displaying "SIM Reject, Insert SIM" within 5 months.
    As advised by the dealer, I had contacted your service centre at Everest Mobicare and deposited the mobile on 10th March 2009 and was asked to take delivery of the set on 27th March 2009. While taking the delivery of the mobile, I was surprised to note that the mobile was still inoperative as before and further the Head Phone enhancement was not being supported by the set as well. In between I had contacted jondis infection and hence was not able to contact Nokiacare. After recovering from jondis, I visited Nokia Care again on 5th August 2009 and deposited my set again under Job Sheet No. 290504886/090805/20 dated 5th August 2009 and the same was to be delivered to me on 18th August 2009. In this connection I would like to mention that before depositing the set I tried to take the data back-up of the set through Nokia PC Suit Software [As I used to do earlier] but was unable to do so as the device was not being supported. While taking delivery of the set I found that the above mentioned problems were still persisting.

    As apparent from above I have been continously facing problems with my handset and am not able to use the same. I do request you to please replace the defective set as per warranty clause considering the fact that your service engineers are not able to repair it, without giving harassment to the consumer and also it is not expected from an esteemed company like NOKIA.

    Early Action in the above matter will be highly appreciated.

    Dear Mr. Sinha,

    In case of Mobile handsets, if we are not satisfied with the responses or the services of service centre, we can lodge our complaint with the head office of the Mobile Co. for the same. But if the Co. is also not providing any help in that concern we can only file a case in consumer forum against the Service Centre as well as the Co. to get the redressal.

    So first of all, just send a written complaint to Nokia Co's head office to get any help before approaching Consumer Forum.

    Default Bad Nokia Service

    Dear Sir
    I had bought a nokia x6 16gb phone last month.
    i had damaged my phone by inserting my sim in to the phone,
    so i do not get the warranty of it because it was a physical damage,
    the authorized Nokia service center in krishnagar, nadia, west bengal
    had told me it would cost rs 800 to fix the problem to which i agreed,
    but after 3 days they call me to come and pick up my phone and regret that they dont have the parts with them,
    and was not sure when the part will be available, until this was ok but the shocking bit came when i saw my phone in a different condition the lock was not working and the front top cover is not set properly it was such a shame when i asked why is my phone in this condition i gave it to be fix it not to make it worse. all that they said was oh please come next week we ll fix it for you.

    is this the way the Nokia serves its costumers, i had a different image of Nokia be-four but i was obviously wrong

    i mean the professionalism is soo degraded its very disappointing if a expensive phone is just handled so carelessly by the service center.

    now iam stuck with a 16000 rs phone not sure where to send it for its service please help.
