I bought a spice QT55 mobile handset in april 2010 from HOTSPOT MOBILES,HYD which is a partner of spice company as I am told. I even subscribed for the Hotspot care pack worth 500 INR. Since the day I bought the handset I've been facing problems with the images, videos, OS and keys. After two months, I took the handset to HOTSPOT, then to spice care center. there they took 1 day of time and were unable to solve the problem, then I went to hotspot. they took 20 days of time and the problem was not solved at all. again I've complained them, again they took 15 days of time but the problem was not solved this time too. I asked them to replace my handset but they refused to do so.

Please help me in this issue.
