    description is as:-

    i purchased the phone vc1425 on 5-sep-2011.
    it showed problem on 20-sep-2011.
    i submitted it at company service centre on 21-sep-2011. harkishan gallery and services, delhi.
    they denied to exchange it and make a job sheet-del2109110037 with expected date of delivery 25-sep-2011.

    till 06-oct-2011 the phone is not repaired/exchanged. and there is no next expected date to return my phone after corrected/replaced.
    on 7-10-2011 i received a call from company to collect the phone.
    on 7-10-2011 i emailed to service centre to come and collect the phone, they replied to come after confirming.
    again on 11-10-11 i emailed to them to come and collect the phone but found no response.
    on 13-10-2011 again i made a email to them for same but found no response.
    then i made a call to him on the same day and he response to come and collect the phone.
    at reaching i found my phone is not working. he told to come later as phone will send to company.

    kindly look into the matter very urgently. i am feeling very much harassed by the company and service centre in respect of money-valuable time-mind peace etc.
    hope you will reply soon and do a very prompt action in/for replace/correction of my phone.

    please also thinking that the warranty period is also extended for the time duration in which no. of days the company/service centre is holding my phone.



    company is not sending the complaint number in this regard.
    videocon company must think about giving compensation to me in this regard.

    Default Dell XCD35 replacement

    Respected sir,
    My Dell XCD35's touchscreen stopped working few days back. So I went to Service center on 24th oct and they said "We'll be providing you new cell as replacement within 4 days." More than 15 days have passed and no news from them. Whenever i call, they give excuses like "we're out of stock", "your replacement was sent to some other guy".

    Can't they manage a new cell in 15+ days? They didn't even gave me cell for standby and asked me to use old cell till that time. My full touchscreen stopped working, how can i use that one? Please help me, my work is halted because of this. Please get my replacement as soon as possible.

    Default Dell aero replacement issue......

    Hello,

    I have dell aero and after sometime i was experiencing touch problem with handset. I went to customer service center and registered my complaint there. They said that handset will be replaced with in 7-10 days. But its been more than one month and still there are excuses from customer service.

    Hi i m Muskaan KAPOOR from noida,i have Nokia x2-01 but there is a network problem which i m facing in phone.
    from last 7 days my phone submitted in Nokia service center.and now again its not working but Nokia service center in sec 10 noida manager said that its hardware problem.and (MS.ISHA) is not responding any phone she is behaving like very bad.if phone is physically damaged or any network so how can i got a new phone.

    Default Defective nokia c2-03 handset

    I bought Nokia C2-03 on dec 27 2011.on 2nd day itself the handset started to hang and simple options like loudspeaker were inactive.i told the shopkeeper to replace my handset but he refused and told it to take it to Nokia Care.In Nokia service centre,the upgraded the software of my handset,but the problem in the handset was not rectified and it was worsened.the phone started to get switched off automatically even during the call.i am very much frustrated and cheated by Nokia
    I want my money back.Please help

    Default Defective Samsung Handset

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    Below is the whole conversation between me and samsung. Its very pathetic continuously i am facing a lots of problem from past 6 months in my samsung mobile despite of many services they people are not been able to solve the problem and the problems a still existing, My phone continously turn off n on automatically, there is lot of battery problem , it hangs every time, auto charging and many more.

    After such a long conversation with samsung i have decided to sue on samsung. They people just revert once after that just for formality a apologies mail, i got a call from somone from their costumer department but doest seems any help from their side, Please help me to get my money back with compensation they people had wasted my precious time.

    Every time i used to get such replies from samsung but no one want to help.

    Unfortunately to say you but i bought the worst Mobile phone in my life, I wasted my Rs.15500 to buy a faulty hand set.


    I have purchased Samsung GT-S8530( wave 2) on 12-7-2011 from Spice Hot Spot Lakshmi nagar delhi, from the 4th day onwards i am continuously facing the same problem still your people are not been able to solve it.


    This phone automatically turn switch off and on even if want to use the Push Email service it stops working after 2-3 days shows some kind of error whenever i want to check any mail.


    Initially i was thinking its not a genuine problem so i went to service center sec 27 noida, they people told me that's its an software problem,
    so they updated the same in this process i lost my whole data saved in my mobile.


    Within 2-3 days same problem occurred, i went to service center again they people told me its an battery issue might b this battery a bit loose thats why it happened. .


    Again within same duration time same problem occurred auto switch off and switch on , also push mail stooped work, after few days back i got a bit time then i went to service center, i was very frustrated so they they people told me change the motherboard fro the same . I got my mobile back after 12-15 days.


    In this time period of 6 month i am used to facing these problem continuously. Last time it starts changing battery automatically, showing a sign of attached data cable. battery problem, turning switch off on continuously sometime it turn off and on 7-8 times in a day, push mail not work, hanging problem.


    I don't have that much of time to go back again and again to service center. I almost went there around 11-15 time for same problem, but i dont think so you people have solution of this problem. IN THIS DURATION OF TIME THEY PEOPLE HAVE CHANGED battery 3 times charging jack 2 times, motherboard and don't know what else they have changed.


    Tell me whats the benefit of buying this phone i am a professional i need to check my mails, Blackberry was better option for me but i choosed Samsung now its a burden on me. i wasted my money on such a crap i never had used.


    Now the question is despite of all these services provided by you i am still not been able to utilize the benefit of this mobile , i am very much frustrated with this phone and i can assure you i will never use samsung phone in my life nor even i ll suggest it my friends to buy samsung phone..


    Now its very much clear to me i can not trust on Samsung anymore. I need my money back at any cost, if you people have solution for this please revert me on the same within 5 days.


    Last option for me that one of my friend suggested me is to sue on samsung in consumer Forum they people will definitely help me out. I wasted my time, wasted my money but still facing the same issue.

    Hi All,

    This is my first time on here so i apologies for any errors, I have just got the Nokia C7-00 and have installed symbian belle software on my phone. I wanted to send these files to another phone via Bluetooth and cannot send the these files and error is UNABLE TO CONNECT ?? Hope i am not being dim on this one but can anyone help ?

    Default Nokia handset Asha 300

    I recently purchased a Nokia Asha 300 handset costing more than 6000Rs with a warranty. It's a new variant which offers touch screen as well as key pad option. I am a very careful person who stores the phone always in a pouch. I have no recollection of the phone dropping from a height . In the car it has dropped from my bag onto the car floor. I pull out the phone to make a call and the screen has a black zig zag line and no display at all. This is in exactly two days from the date of purchase. The retail outlet I bought it in tells me it is physical damage for which I have to pay 1300Rs . Preposterous! Why is Nokia selling such a fragile phone? And if it is fragile , the salesman should have told me that it's recommended to buy a case before I left the store. I really trusted Nokia that they make hardy handsets that I myself have used in the past.
    I will never again buy a Nokia handset. I feel truly let down and cheated. Nokia has to make it up to me in some suitable way.

    I have booked a order of Motorola fire XT moblie on 9th feb 2012 from timtara.But till today i have not this.I have many mails and calls to him.But every time they extend 3 days.
    Now i want to cancil this, and revert my money i.e. Rs. 10490/-.

    i have purchased Samsung handet (Model No. GT-B7510) serial no. (CRT/ESN/IMEI) : RV9B453549H (356176040757625)
    on 04-07-2011 from Shakti Electronics,Mata Rani Chowk,Ludhiana Vide bill no. 1616.
    And due to some technical faults, i have submitted my handset at Samsung care Bathinda (Service center : 0003350240--3G Telecom) on 27-12-2011 bearing job sheet no. 4124831930.
    and on the appointment date as mentioned of job sheet (ie 27-01-2012) they conveyed us that my handset will be replaced by the company, and the mobile will be delivered by 06-02-2011.
    and later when i didnt recieved the handset till 10-02-2012,i complained for the same to (support.india@samsung.com) on 11-02-2012. and further,on 20-02-2011, Samsung executive Mr. Tajinder at Samsung office-ludhiana, conveyed us,about the non-availabilty of handset in company`s warehouse.and offered us, to get the refund of amount, against the handset, and demanded for the copy of id-proof on whose name the chq was to be issued, and the same was provided to him on time, and on 22-feb-2012, Mr tajinder assured me for the closer of the same case, till 28-02-2012.
    and i waited for the chq till 13-03-2012, in the meanwhile between 28-feb to 13-march. they conveyed that u will recieve chq today or tommorow.
    and when i called tajinder on 14-03-2012, now again he said, the company is planning for replace the handset.

    due to negligence of samsung executives, i am continious suffering since last 3 months and dont know how long has to suffer for the same.


    So i request you, to file a case against the same and help me in getting the refund back from the company.

    Documents ie. Mobile bill and job sheet are available with me.
