    Dear sir, Yesterday I have purchased nokia 5235 with ime no 351526041061663. Neither ht e vodafone nor tatadocomo is giving me the gprs settings. they are saying that this nokia set is not compatible and not in their data base. hence gprs settings will not be available. They are advising me to change the hand set. Vodafone is asking for ime no, it also feels that this set i not compatible. On contacting your care line @ 6.50 pm today the female voice says that i have to contact only the mobile operator not them. It has become hell on purchasing this set. Every body neither the manufacturer not the operator are ready to solve the problem. I request all my friends not to purchase Nokia 5235 as all mobile operators are saying that it is not compatible. This set has become use less. Please go for either Sony or Samsung.

    Angry Nokia handset 2700 classic-Warranty not honoured

    I have purchased a Nokia handset 2700 classic in November, 2010 from UniverCell, Kottayam. Kerala. The set went out of order in May, 10. On producing the set to the Nokia Care, Kottayam, they demanded Rs.3000/- for the repair, eventhough it is in the warranty period. The IMEI no. is 358008039129557.

    Unhappy Failure of supervision over Nokia service center (Touch World)

    Dear Sir ,
    I here by noticed you that your service Center (i.e.) Touch World at jurisdiction Howrah , West Bengal addressing at 93/7 Deshpran Sasmal Road,Howrah tempered my running 3110 C handset .
    I purchased a Nokia hand set 3110 C from Big Bazaar – Belilious Park on 27.01.2008(IMEI: 352047022061084).
    The hand set mentioned above, was running with very good condition up to April 2010. Suddenly I found that my handset was not read it's memory card . When I try to open my memory card it shows " operation failed – memory card not formatted ". I fitted the same memory card to other 3110 C hand set found o.k. and fitted the newly formatted memory card to the said hand set found "operation failed – memory card not formatted” again.
    Then I take the said handset for repairing on 04th may'10 to your service center (Touch World ) . They said that software modification was required. They made a job-sheet no 601504886/100504/17 and mentioned delivery was given within two days at estimated cost Rs.281. But after seven days they said the hand set was totally Dade , it can not be repaired, please take return it . On 11th May 2010 I went to the care center and asked them why it happened ? They answered me that it was Dade in time of soft wire loading. I also asked them what can I do with the Dead set? Please return it in old condition. They said that it is not possible. In job sheet it is clearly mentioned that H/S may be dead in time of repairing. You may take it to another Nokia service center " Vision Cell Pvt. Ltd.” 10 Lelin sarani Kolkata 700013 .
    Next day ( 12th May 2010 ) I go there about 16:45 hrs at counter no 8 and said about the problem . They checked it and said P.C.B was tempered and to be replaced. Cost nearly Rs 2800. I stunned and take it back with me.
    I contact with Nokia help line and consult regarding this problem with your representative (Mr. Prantik , Mr Sumon and others), They suggested to go at Touch World and give the hand set to them again .
    I did accordingly on 15th May 2010 (17:45 hours). After a long discussion with your help line assistant they received the same with a new job sheet (No. 601504886/100515/47 at 19:44) and with a new estimated cost of Rs.1530. But verbally they said that they will try again to repaired it in old estimated cost ( Rs 281 ) and they will confirm it with in two days . Your helpline assistant ask me the job sheet no. & IMEI no. for their reference. I gave them immediately after received the job sheet.
    After two days I go there and came to know that repairing charge will be Rs1530. As per early discussion I contact with your help line assistant ( Ms Alisha ) again. She talks with the service counter lady and get back to me with exactly what the lady said.
    So there for I ask to you that please take the necessary action as soon as possible. I am waiting to hear some positive response from your end.

    Dear Sheldon Mathews, First of all, I have to express my sincere apologies for what has already happened. It’s hard to believe this case ends up in such situation. Especially this happened to a HTC fan like you who know our product well and definitely will take good care of it. I am away from my office current and have limited access to email. I didn’t see the mail you sent on 27th (as well as the one on 29th) till now. This is heart broken for me to see a situation like this and I will do everything to make it right. Before I wrote this mail, I have request the person who’s managing all authorized service centers in India to investigate. We are going to discuss what can be done to resolve this matter at the soonest as well (there are some availability issue for HD2 and related part around the world).     Hi Johnny,
    I have total lost faith in HTC, you stated that your team will keep me informed about my process that last time when I mailed you. After so many days no body call me from HTC. I was following up with them after every 2 days, today after spending 3 hours in the service center today still the same issue. Today they had called me the pick my cell. At the very first sight again the same thing the fitting is not right, camera started but total blur and reddish in color.
    Pending issue with the phone are :-
    1. Phone body is not fitter properly has lot of physical damage which was never before.
    2. Screen is very loose fitted and can be easily pressed and released by a figure this was never the case before I gave the phone.
    3. Phone with physical damage were in I can see that the person as tried to insert a pointed objective damaging the body to pull out the screen which again was not the case before I gave the phone .
    4. Proximity sensor doesn’t work properly intermediate issue when dialing out the screen goes blank and I have to rub the sensor on the left side of the screen near the ear peace to get the screen back up.
    5. GPS doesn’t work anymore I am issue GRAMIN or even Google MAPS it will not show satellite connectivity.

    Mr.Ashish doesn’t even pick up his cell phone today he never picked up my call when I spoke to Mrs.Chowdary she informed me that he is sick.
    Johnny I don’t think they can repair my Phone, please can you help to get to some person higher in this chain, this is last time I buy an HTC product total rubbish service.
    Latest today Mrs.Chowdary told the service center guy (Chirag Shah) totally a rude person not only to me but to other customers as well to send a complete history of this case. To my surprise you all still don’t have my case history after writing to you for so long.
    Johnny please get his to the highest level of HTC I need an replacement for this phone period.
    And please guide me and provide me email contact for all HTC management CMD of the India division and legal cell as well.
    This is the last resort I guess.

    I am siddharth from bhopal my complaint relating to nokia 5800 handset. as my handset is replaced by company on 6 feb 2010 but the replace handset is also defective. i submitted my handset to nokia care on 8 may 2010 for problem that on screen some vertical ya horizental line appear when it hang and from that day i was going to care centre evey 3 ya 4 day for handset.i submitted my handset on 28june 2010 to nokia care.job sheet no is 738504867/100508/3 and iemi is 358247036786833. pls see this matter.

    If you are facing the same problem with your Nokia 5800 again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with their Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of Nokia, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    I have submitted my G 900 with sony ericsson service center on 20 june and havent received it yet. Whenever I use to call them they use to say its waiting for the parts. I have to miss the important calls of my office and home because the substitute mobile is not having gud speaker and mic. Plz help me out as I am really fed of calling to sony ericsson service centre and listening to that excuse again and again

    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of SONY ERICSSON, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time in the notice.

    my name is HEMANT .and my address is v+p+o bamni khera teh. &diss. palwal.i purchase a NOKIA 6303 classic(imei no. 359333038002756) from palwal. the divice was working well when i purchase that .but one day on date 01 june 2010 the phone is hanged it is automatically and turn off . as my phone was in warranty so i deposit my phone to the nokia care in PALWAL on date 01july 2010. they check my mobile and said to me that we are sending your phone to company when i gave my mobile to them the body of mobile look very fine no screch was on my mobile . nokia care secratery told me that compony is replacing your mobile aqnd a new mobile will be given to you from compony. ON DATE 20 JULY 2010 they gave me a phone and said to me that company replace your mobile and then give me anothe nokia 6303 classic phone .iI WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN THEY GIVE ME THE PHONE THIS PHONE WAS IN VERY BAD CONDITION THIS IS LOOKING VERY UGLY MANY SCRETCHES IS ON THE PHONE THE COLOUR IS ALSO FADE OF THE MOBILE .when i said them about this they they said me this nis not our responsibility so i want to change my mobile now they gave me that mobile whose imei no is(359333037312529)

    Angry Nokia- bad service and product

    I have purchase Nokia 5800 on 13 Sept 2009 vide bill no 00015-0007859 with IMEI No.356910037595907.
    From May 2010, there is some problem in volume of the handset for which I have given it in first week of July 2010 in Nokia customer care in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. They said it is ok and there is no problem and returned me back. Since I know the actual volume, I again went to the shop on 17 July 2010 for the same reason and proved it after compare the volume with other nokia 5800. They agreed and taken my handset for repair and returned the same today i.e. July 22, 2010. But there is no repair being made in the same. When I requested to compare the same with other 5800 mobile they strictly denied and talked in arrogant manner.
    Nokia, being the most famous brand, now started cheating people and their faith by providing cheap services and misbehaving with customers once their mobile sold.
    My mobile is still under warranty and want the solution for the same and therefore want to file complaint against Nokia, the cheaters.

    Myself Adesh Yogi, resident of INDIA, Gujarat, Mehsana
    I have been using Nokia handset model 6600 since long, recently my handset has problem with its keypad,
    so, i contacted NOKIA CARE CENTRE , they told me that it will take atleast 24 hrs. to get my handset fixed, accordingly i left my handset with them on the evening of 4th july, 2010.
    very next day i.e, on 5th of july, 2010 i went to collect my repaired handset, they gave me back my handset without repairs because the estimates would go beyond wht they have said to me, almost double, so took it back as the handset already is old and i dont want to spend thousand bucks on this old mobile,
    NOW THE PROBLEM
    MY PRIVACY HAS BEEN BREACHED AND COMPROMISED AS SOME GUY OR THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AS A WHOLE, COPIED ALL OF MY CONTACTS AND MESSAGES FROM THE HANDSET AND MISUSED THE INFORMATION,
    EVEN THEY HAVE EXCHANGED SMS WITH SOME OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND THE FRIENDS, NOT ONLY THAT THEY GONE TO THE LIMITS AND SENT VULGAR MESSAGES TO SOME OF FEMALES IN THE CONTACTS.
    WHEN I SWITCHED ON MY HANDSET , COMPLAINTS STARTED POURING IN THAT LAST NIGHT WE HAVE RECEIVED VULGAR MESSAGES, HOW CAN A STRANGER GOT OUR NUMBERS AND ALL THAT,
    THATS AN DIFFERENT ISSUE WHICH I HAVE TO HANDLE, YOU KNOW TO ADDRESS ALL THE QUERIES OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS .
    THIS IS VERY SERIOUS MATTER, WHEN I COMPAINED THIS TO CUSTOMERCARE CENTRE INCHARGE ,MR.VIPUL PATEL, HE NEVER TOOK IT SERIOUSLY AND DISCHARED ,

    SO I HAVE LODGED MY COMPLAINT AT BANGLORE HEAD QUARTERS, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL TAKE THIS AS JUST CUSTOMER FEEDBACK.

    SIR, I WANT VERY SERIOUS ACTION,
    EVEN I AM THINKING OF MEDIA EXPOSE OR RTI,

    dear sir
    i had bought apple iphone 3gs on 19/8/10 from a authorised dealer for airtel locked phone,the phone worked well untill i upgraded it to 4.1 after that it found airtel sim not supported by phone. i contavted apple customer support he found that my phone was locked with vodafone and not with airtel.
    it can only be unlocked by vodafone and vodafone people are not doing it.
    tell me what to do

    Subject: Complaint against Nokia Care, Kotla Mubarakpur

    From last few days, I was facing problem with the hands-free of my Nokia X6 which I bought just 3 months ago. On my first visit to Nokia care, they told me that I need to bring the bill. On my second visit to Nokia care, they told me that I need to mention battery number, charger no. and paste some C-sticker that is pasted on the box of X6. In spite of getting compeletely frustrated, I visited them again as it is nearest to the place where I work. When I went to them the third time today i.e. on Sep 28, 2010 somehow they agreed to submit my handsfree. When they submitted my handsfree, I also mentioned a little problem that I was facing with my phone. They told me that I should reinstall the firmware (Operating system). Since they told me that they have the latest software, I submitted my phone with them. On submission, they told me that I can get back my phone in the evening by 6 P.M. but at around 4 P.M. I received a call from them that accidently my phone has got dead and it will now take one week to get it working again but they will provide me a replacement phone. The replacement phone they were providing was Nokia 7610. Now, my X6 had all my contact numbers and important data. I had made back up of this data which I could restore on it once I get my X6 back. But that back up can not be restored on 7610.

    Therefore, now I am completely screwed by these people and I have no choice to but to live without my data, contacts and music for one whole week. Looks like my Rs 15,600 which I have spent on X6 have compeletely gone waste.

    Please help me.
