I purchased Samsung Corby CDMA SCH F339 on 26.06.2010 and got problem with PBA board i have given it service center in SAMSUNG INDIA Metro Telecare in Andheri East on 20-07-2010(Customer Copy Attached) Work order no WA95071014384 contact number 022-64521310 , but yet i have not received it and whenever I checked for hanset status they give false assurance that u will get in 5day sometimes like board is not available.They also say that they will call which they never do.

On 30.08.2010 when I visited their center they said it is still not servies as PBA Board will take still more time. I spoke their Head whose name is DINESH ( Mb no 9223197107) on phone who said he has mailed issue to his department and trying to get status and if board not available i will get handset replaced soon but it is more than month now.

Kindly help me How can i get y handset or where further i can complain.
