I have bought a mobile(MC 120) last dec 26 2008. first 6 months was fine, after that my speaker was not worked, they said that motherboard problem.So, sent to Head office(Delhi). my mobile was there for 1 month in delhi only, after that they given to me, it was worked for 2 weeks, again same problem, So, i have submitted in the service center, again they said that motherboard problem.again, my mobile went to onsite(delhi). they were keeping my mobile for 3 weeks. So, i said that i cant get that mobile because, i need new one, since getting the same issue very often.one guy called me from customer care and said that, sir, please get from service center, if u get issue, we will do something for you, now, we are extending your warrenty for 3 months, like that.after that, i have sent somany mail to customer care, still now, no mail from them. now, again, i got same issue in my mobile.i dont know what to do.because, i can talk with human beings, how can i talk with the person who not caring customers.i am requesting you to change the name. dont keep "fly care".My best advice which i am giving to my friends circle, is dont go for fly mobile.i have put a mail in my office for this, because, more than 90, 000 employees working in my office.
