I bought a Samsung3653i, No.358039038755944 from Hotspot Mobile Store vide receipt no.9957 dt.2.5.2010 for Rs.6850/-. On dt.19.8.2010, i put the mobile for charging. After about 20 minutes later, i saw that the mobile's back side body was melted. I visited your authorised service centre M/s K.K. Services, Ghaziabad (work order no.1907 dt.19.8.2010). Despite the set is under warranty period, he has made an estimate of Rs.2800/-. However, there is no fault from our side. Kindly help me and advise your authorised service provider for genuine charges as the they are demanding half the amount of mobile set for servicing.
dear sir, Mr.Manoj from Samsung technical support has contacted me and told that technical support team cannot have access to the service centre. He also gave me two contact no. of Sh. Sanjeev singhal (Mob.no.9717038600) and Sh. Sandeep( Mob. no.9560424949) to apprise them my problem. But i am sorry to say that nobody has pick up the phone after my number of attempt to contact them.
I request to kindly samsung may kindly take my matter directly with the Service centre i.e. M/s K.K. Services Ghaziabad (work order no.1907 dt.19.8.2010) who charging a big amount of Rs.2800/- however my set is under warranty period.
