I had submitted my Sony Ericsson mobile model no W595 to sony service centre "NEERU ENTERPRISES P-21 SECTOR-18, NOIDA on 7 july 2010, Workorder no SE31002114441
Problem reported- Earspeaker problem,voice not coming, unable to connect charger

They called up first on 20th july informing that it will take one week more for the parts to come
I had also called "Harpal" their supplier but it was of no use

It has been almost 2 months I have been following up with the dealer but they haven't given the handset, how can it take 1 month to get a part? even if does why was it not informed to me at the time of complaint?
It has been tortourous for me just running here & there for getting my handset & no one has provided the solution
Its more difficult as I have been without mobile for last 2 month,
Even the Sony Call centre didn't respond
Pls help in getting my handset back & taking action against the dealer
