Complaint Against mobile phone service Hello Sir,
I have purchased a mobile from a dealer named as C.C.C ( cellular care
center) Shop No-2 Sanjeevani Appt. Opp. Patang Hotel Sharanpur Road
Nashik Tel- 0253-5663098.
The mobile is of sony ericson company model no k220i. I purchased it
on 30/9/07. and only after two months it started proving problematic
this is the second time that I am updating the software. I want to get
a replacement but the dealer is not agree for that and providing
thousands of hypothetical reasons for that.
Even the customer service is not satisfactory and they every time make
me wait for a long time as if they want to neglect my complains
against them.
I desperately need your help In case of contact my phone no is

I had similar experience with Tata mobile. I wrote to Nodal officer and also
wrote to CORE and they sent the letter to again Nodal officer but thereafter
nothing happened. Neither the Tata Indicom apologised nor my case resolved.
Everything has been swiped under carpet.
Who has time to follow it up for such a long time. The Tata Indicom know this
and are taking advantage of such situation.
First you send one complaint letter to dealer. Ang again send reminder letter.
If he is not willing to change you contact manufacturer i.e. General manager or
marketing manager or production manager thro net you can get their mail address,
you send warning letter and let you know proper response at company end.
