4 months back i bought a blackberry reliance hanset 8230 for rs 14000/-. Unfortunately in 4 months 4 times it has got currupted , destroying my entire data and cutting me from the outside world, also causing me heavy losses at work front. last month i got a replacement too from the company which took as many as 7 days and for 7 days i was without my original cell no as reliance instruments are without a sim card , programmed into the handheld , yet after a month again it got spoilt. Every time i showed it to the blackberry centre at Akbarallys to one Mr. Jobin, he would aknowledge it was their handset fault. 3 days back again the handset got spoilt and this time i requested for an upgradation or money back. I was shocked to witness the poorest of services with poor responses and also refusal to uprade the instrument to my choice. When i bought the instrument first time i bought it of my choice then after suffering so much mentally and financially should i be forced to take a instrument of their choice. I want not only my money back but enough compensation for the losses i have suffered at work.
I have suffered a lot of mental agony and torture. I need help as The so called Reliance Company refuses to do anything even after causing immense problems to me in terms of time, energy and money.
