Dear Sir,
I purchased the Nokia Mobile Model N 72 on 6.1.2008 and the IMEI NO.356660159. That on 15.11.2008, the display screen of my mobile suddenly went off so I approached to nokia care centre and they retained my my mobile and assured me that my mobile will be repaired with in 15 days and no job card was issued to me. When I visited the NOKIA CARE CENTRE after 15 days, they told me that the mobile has been sent to Delhi head office for its repair and I have to wait for another 20 days. I again contacted them and then they returned the mobile to me without its repair job card dt.15.12.08 and told me that company NOKIA has returned the mobile and told me that they nokia remarks ‘as liqiuidated damage’ so no warranty is claimed.
As I know my mobile was not damaged due to water, they are making fool of me, Kindly help me. This is very expensive mobile.

Dear Friends,

Even I was not able to repair my Nokia 6233. The Nokia Care returned it back
saying that the IC has gone and Asked me to try in some local shops. I could not
get it repaired from local shops. If they cannot repair it they should not sell
in the first place.
