Hi All,
End of feb month, i bought Samsung B7610 mobile phone. But the stylus was not fitting on the hole. I had informed the same to Mobi store who sold it tom me. After few months weekly walk, they directed to me Samsung. Anana Nagar(chennai) samsung service center Jegan know the issue. But they still not able to give proper replacement to me. Then i directly approached Samsung portal but they are not interest to resolve my issue.

Kindly some one prove right direction for this issue. I would like to approach consumer court in chennai.
