    Default Nokia 3120 classic cheap quality

    Plz note that i have bought Nokia 3120 classic phone 6 months back.But since then i m facing problem.Earlier their was problem in display,now there is problem in earpiece and the main problem now is the crack on the Main body of the phone.Nokia care or customer care is not ready to accept this problem of cracks and are saying that this may be due to physical damage though it is not.If in daily use the phone cracks then it means they have used poor quality plastic..It is on the centre body of the phone and not on the front and back cover.the centre body should be very strong so as to withstand physical damage even if it falls.But my phone has never fallen down..

    Plz help me to get thsi phone displayed due to poor quality of plastic used by Nokia...

    He have cheated you by selling an older cell phone...now, you can do two things-
    1. Either drag him to consumer court. Gandhigiri
    2. Or take 5-6 Pahalwans with you to screw him up. Youngsters Method.

    *** Nothing happens with these consumer case and all b'coz I am fighting case
    against Nokia since 2 yr. Nothing happened yet.Today you can only do thing is
    that you start cheating big brands because you already know that if consumer
    court can't do anything to companies then it applies to you as well. Let
    companies file cases against you . Cheers.

    I have taken airtel connection postpaid and am not going to pay to the company
    let's see what can happen. Consumer forum ruined my faith into it.

    Hello,

    We have gone through your complaint as you mentioned that the cracks are due to poor quality of plastic, if this is true then you have a strong reason to drag the parent company to the consumer court, but before going to the court you have to do some basic formalities, send a written notice via registered post to the below mentioned address and mention all the details in it.

    Pzl note that as advised by you i have sent the notice to the Managing director of Nokia through registred post.The registered post slip no.is RLA8939 dated 2nd May 2009..

    PZ, advise what should i do next

    Pzl note that it should have been delivered as this is within gurgaon only.Also registred post can not be tracked on internet

    If your registered post was delivered on 5th of may, then kindly wait till 20-25th of may for their reply, and if the parent company will not reply you within the mentioned time then kindly contact us again. Don't worry we will guide you at every step.
