I bouth a Nokia 5800 Xpress last year.This phone has made my life miserable. The machine reboots by itself when some function is being used. The worst is when you have typed a long sms and just before the end it reboots--the entire message is gone and you have to retype--you can understand my plight.

For the last six months the phone has spent more time with your service centre Rocky Agencies or with Nokia Delhi. After every repair the problem continues unabated causing me untold misery. After buying such a costly phone I have been condemned to using third rate substitute phones given by nokia service centre. I have suffered mental loss, trauma and financial loss too since I am an independently employed person , and need my mail services often. Most often the thrid grade substitute phones given by the centre do not help with email. The current job sheet no is 312465550/100821/33. I humbly requested Nokia to please put me out of the mental and financial loss I am suffering by replacing the handset. Till date no response from Nokia
