    Default Nokia E-51 charge problem

    The charge in my nokia phone model E-51 started getting discharged very fast. After charging it does not stay for even 18 hrs. I went to the nokia care unit in Koramangala, Bangalore 3 times. The problem should be rectified in the first visit itself. A standby phone is also not provided. The 3rd time when we shouted at them, they provided a standby phone. But so much of your time gets wasted not to say the ordeal of going without phone numbers. I went with this complaint in the last week of February 2009 and I am yet to get the problem solved. Nokia is such a reputed company and it should take care of its customer's problems promptly instead of harassing them like this. A very poor state of affairs I must say. You put in hard earned money to buy a phone and this what you get.

    I Have buyed a Nokia mobile(3120) on 17th October 2004 ,upto around 4 months it is working fine but after that in around february it is start giving me problems the main problem was that it shuts off automatically,so considering this i take my mobile to the service center,
    THE MAIN IS THE PHYSICAL DAMAGE WHICH I HAVE GOT THAT IS THE MENTALLY DISTURBANCE I HAVE SO EXAUSTED THAT BECAUSE I HAVE BUYED THIS SET FOR AROUND RS 6500 . AND IT WILL NOT WORK FOR 4 MONTHS AND ABOVE ALL THE PREET VIHAR CENTER WILL NOT AT ALL COOPRATIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM.
