Dear Sir,
I have a Sony Ericsson Mobile Hand Set K550i which is under warranty and its display had gone faulty and when i submitted the same at Sony Ericsson Service Center on 28/02/2009 for repairs i was told that the hand set will be ready within a week but unfortunately the hand set has not yet been repaired and around 10 days back i got a call from Service Center that they will replace the hand set with another Mobile Hand Set Model No. G502.

I made a comparision study of the hand set with my K550i hand set and found that many features were missing in the new hand set hence i refused to take the replaced hand set and mean while i also registered a complaint with Sony Ericsson Web site and they generated a AUTO RESPONSE AS FOLLOWS:
"Thank you for contacting Sony Ericsson Call Center, your question has been registered and the reference number is 73256212. Sony Ericsson Call Center will soon come back to you with a response."

And till date there is no call or response from them even hence this complaint registration. I would like to know how can you help e in solving my problem.
