The coin operated phone (Gold Phone200) was purchased from Shiva Electronics. Mr. Ravi given 1 year warranty and denied bill. Only warranty Card given after mentioning the rate of phone duly signed/stamped. The phone is not working properly. Coins are missing and there is electric shock also on this phone.
