Hello,

I have purchased brand new nokia X6 hand set on 24 June 2010. But on the very next day problem satrted with the handset so i visited the nokia care and submit my handset for repairing..i got it back after 20 days..with in a week the same problem started again and i resubmit the set for the repairing...i got it back again after a week..

the same problem started again third time after a week so i again submited the set and told them please took your time but rectify the problem...but now the same problem comming and now i asked then to replace the handset as it is already repaired 3 times already and killed my lots of time..but customer execuitve said they can not commant on the replacement and i will have to resubmit the handset for repairing...

today i also wrote a application and send it to the head office...

Now what should i do ...please help me..
