I, Pooja Manoj Kakde had bought a Samsung Coby Plus Mobile Model No. B3410 6month back. One and a half month back there was some problem in the handset and so had given the handset to repair at service centre at Thane . After 6 week also they didnt repair and they said that it will be return back after two days every time I went to ask forit. After long period they said due to part shortage it is pending when part will come we will give to you.I had suffered financial losses and mentally distrub because of this.
But today they had given me a new handset of same model, but there is no acknoledgement for the replacement of the new handset & also taken away the inside label bearing the serial no. There are chances of problem arising in future due to it. I am afraid that my handset can be blocked as the service center people has taken away the serial no. of the handset.
I am requesting to you that please do some thing and tell me what will should I do. I want to know how to complaint and where to complaint for this kind of problems.
Please help me and suggest me.

I Have purchased Samsung S3600 in the name of My Wife Mrs Neha Mahendru on 25.11.2009. After 9 months of Purchase I got a problem of Heating of Mobile , I gave the mobile to the authorised samsung service centre at Shriram tower, Lucknow on 8.09.10 and now 23 days have gone and yet i have not received my phone.

not sort out my phone complaint Respected Sir,
I have taken new Samsung GTC6112 six month ago, their was a keypad problem. i give mobile to service centre, sector-22 chandigarh, ph no.01725067186. they gave me my mobile after two month, my problem still as it.
So please help me for sory out my problem as soon as possible.

part change during service i am sanjay rawat and i have samsung wave and with in a year 2ND time i take a service for repaiering. my EMI NO. 35365604057179/2, but both time i am not satisfied with service. 1st time they damage my vibrating part and 2nd time also i am suffering due to replacing of damage speaker insted of good speaker with out information.

Poor service of samsung mobile service centre DEAR SIR,
I am SHRITI, I have samsung wave 525 which is in warranti periods. i had some minor problem in my mobile.. so that i submitted it samsung service centre for repairing it but they have damaged my cell phone completely.. they are soo careless ... even after your response.. they are not doing work properly. whenever i visited there i always came to some another problem. my complaint no. is 8444631259. plzz do favour.

Problem not resolved after got my Tab checked from Service center. Hi,
I have bough Tab2 P 3100 in November 2012. Now its creating problem as full handset got hanged when we Put ON the camera. I have got it checked from the service center in Laxmi Nagar but still it is having the same problem.
I have not seen such a poor service of any company ever.
Its really disgusting that buying such an expensive phone is creating problems in such a short span of time.
Please do the needful help as soon as possible.

Complaint against samsung service centre, sadar, meerut 1. On 29 Jan 13, I went to authorised Samsung Mobile Customer Service Centre i.e, ABC Communications, Mateshwari Plaza, 1st Floor, 115, Daya Nand Path, Naya Bazar, Sadar Meerut, UTTAR PRADESH alongwith my Samsung Galaxy ACe Mobile Model No 5830 bearing EMI No : 352306050781553 purchased by me on 15 Jun 2012 since same got switch off automatically and thereafter mobile was not switched on inspite of recharging. Therefore, i went for repair.
2. It was intimated by ABC Communications, that Two parts of mobile are required to be replaced and cost of same will be Rs 3450/- inspite of being in warranty period because water have gone inside the Mobile set and 50 amount is required to be deposited immediately. All data in the Mobile set will also be erased.
3. After listing the amount I quietly came back and went to local repairing shop of Mobiles at Kankher Khera, Meerut Cantt. He opened the cell and just kept the battery for 10 minutes in charging and thereafter told to get it recharge for more than 30 minutes and thereafter switch on the mobile set. HE TOLD THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH MOBILE STE AT ALL AND THE PROBLEM IS JUST OF BATTERY ONLY WHICH WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RECTIFIED ONCE CHARGED.
4. I did accordingly and my mobile set started functioning. Even though all data in Mobile Set is also available. Same is still functioning without any problem.
5. The above is clearly evident that with malafide intention and to earn money or to sell the items ABC Communications staff have told to replace the items.
6. Such kind of services should NOT be given or customer deserve from authorised Customer Service Centre of the World reputed firm.
7. In view of the above and in the interest of the World reputed firm may I request M/s Samsung to kindly issue suitable directions to ABC Communications, Mateshwari Plaza, 1st Floor, 115, Daya Nand Path, Naya Bazar, Sadar Meerut, UTTAR PRADESH not to harm the reputation of World reputed firm.

problem not resolved even after visiting the centre persistantly I have a SAMSUNG Galaxy FIT mobile. There was a problem in the charging jack. So I went to SAMSUNG service centre Beechams at Connaught Circus, New Delhi . Since my phone was not in warranty period, they charged me Rs.750 and resolved the problem. After exactly 2 days , my phone stopped charging again. I went to the same centre again and got my problem fixed.Then after 4-5 days the same problem occurred. I went again and they resolved the problem. And now my phone is again, not charging.
Apart from the money it takes to go the service centre , there's a lot of time waste due to which I am now fed up!
I even called the centre and their response was displeasing.
Please help me out as soon as possible.

Greetings for the Day!
I am Raj had bought a samsung mobile model no…SCH-I589MASINU 3 month back from beging I am facing battery backup and screen touch issue in the handset and had to given the handset to repair in ELECTRO SERVE CENTER at Moti nagar on 11th April'13 bill No.4149835263 and after 5 days also they didnt repair my phone whereas they said that it will be return back after one days every time I went to ask for it , After long period miss Indu gupta said due to part shortage it is pending when part will come we will give to you and cutted my call. i am totally surprised and confused what to says and where to complaint no body is taking seriously ,Due to this I had suffered financial losses and mentally distrub because of this.
I am requesting to you that please do some thing and tell me what will should I do. I want to know how to make complaint and where to complaint for this kind of problems.
I want to solve my phone problem immediately, otherwise I will go to consumer court.
