Dear Sir

I had purchased nokia handset in February 2009 and within a month the handset device got defective. The handset started getting complaint of getting auto start and off by itself on any operation. The handset hadbeen given for servicing on 5th of March the service centre executive informed that the set shall be delivered rectified and delivered within 3 days. When taking delivery after 3 days i found that the problem still exist. The service executive informed that the handset shall has to be sent to New Delhi for further servicing as the set could not be serviced here and delivered on 19th of March. And on 19th March i Recieved a call that the handset delivered has the same problem still and the set has been sent for repair again. When complained to nokia customer care on 30303838 they inform that the set shall be delivered on 4th of April.
I have also sent a complaint to nokia customer care and no reply on the same. I want to raise the issue that the handset to be changed with a new one in working condition. I also understand that the model is defective so other handset should be preferrable.
I hope i get justice on the same from this Honourable Court.
