Sony ericssion Servicing Ceneter hi,
iam pavan from hyderabad.
i purchged new mobile on 6 months back.
model sony ericssion w580i.
from last 4 months its not working.[no sound ]
i gave it to servicing cenetr for repair.
first they said they nned to cahge mother board and need 15 days to fix the problem
finnaly they had taken 45 days to fix the problem.
from that day my phopne is not working[no singnal its allways howing emegency calls only]
i rommed around alla servinfenetrs in hyderarbad.
no one is solving my problem.
now they r saying the set is totall distrubted. and i have to pay 3000 to fix the problem
Note:
most worrest thing is my mobile is in serving more than in my hand.
just i used my mobile only 30-35 days.
wht i have to do???
they distrubted my mobile and now they r asking money even its under free service.
Plz any body help.
Somwe one hep me out how do i get my mobile working fine and get service from Sony centers

i submitted my phone's memory card of model k810i sony ericson,at service
centre premalika service center,near 22no. phatak, patiala,on 24/03/09. and i also
submitted complaint for this to sonyericson on toll free number 1800111800. my
complaint number is se10318160. they told me that my memory card will be available
on date 12th april.. but later they told me that it will be avaliable by next
saturday on 18 april..but i haven't recieved my memory card yet. please tell me what
to do....my name is rahul singla mobile number is 9876441430..
