like nokia, sony ericsson etc.

I have given 9300 nokia in 2 service centres but till date that is
unsolved & whnever we call them line is engaged. but now finally we took
hanset from them becuase they dont commit anything waste time.

but now i have given sony ericcsson p 900 fir repair., neither thay pick
up phones nor they bother to call. alway we have to go personally and
ask for the status.

And all people are suffering., because of no comitment from theire side
and no bothering abt updating status or working on replying proptly over
phone and have multiple lines to avoid too much gathering in their ceter
& also keep customer happy by being reasonable & responsible over their
comitment.
