Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a mobile phone on 29-07-2009. My phone showed some problem last month (before warranty). So I went to Nokia care at Kharagpur. They told me that my warranty period has already finished in December 2009. I told them I have purchased the mobile on 29-07-09. So it is only 6 month gone. Nokia gives warranty for one year. They told me that warranty starts from date of manufacturing, not from date of purchase. Then I called Nokia Priority Dealer at Bhubaneswar from where I purchased my mobile. They replied me that the warranty starts from date of purchase, not from date of manufacture. They told me to come here and repair. Because of urgency I repaired my mobile at Nokia care at Kharagpur by paying money. Is there different rules for different Nokia cares? Now what should I do ?
