Sir,
I purchased a Spice Mobile handset M-5252n in march 2010.Then after from the next month april it started creating problem for me.Its body became loose then when i brought that to service centre they said sir its body doesnt comes under warranty.Then its earphone,charging jack,everything started creating problem and i gave my phone to service centre they said sir it will go to company and they will change the PCB board of the cellphone...after 20 i got my phone back...the problem is still as it is.Now i dont know what to do.My phone has become almost dead.it automatically gets off and i ont want to take it back again to service center .My phone is still in warranty but they are not giving me good service phone's situation is as it is.Please do something.I shall be highly ablige you.
