Hello, I am Amritanshu Kumar residing in 16/8, aurobindo avenue , benachity, durgapur, west bengal. i have owned an classic handset model no 762, nearly a month ago. the handset has occured an error it goes on restarting continously, and there is no network. Though it is in warranty the service center are not taking proper steps. They are going on saying that this model is currently in not our stock for about 15 days. The mobile is registered too Bishnu Kumar Ojha.I need this mobile urgrently. I have contacted my dealer too but he too says the same. I am very harrased.
