This is regarding the casual & improper services rendered by Service center - ( RT outsourcing Services Ltd. at NIT Faridabad). I had purchased above mentioned mobile set from Croma Crown Interiorz Faridabad on 26.4.10 - Bill No. 118-105961.
The set became faulty on 12.7.10 - ' Inactive SIM' and the same was taken to Autorised Sony Service Center namely, RT Out Sourcing Ltd - NIT Faridabad. The set was sent for repair vide job card No. SE31005712183 dt. 12.7.10.
Set was received back on 16.7.10 however, the same became faulty on 19.7.10 & was sent for repair again vide job card NO. SE1005712308 and I was asked to take it back after 11 days i.e. on 31.7.10. The set was received back on 31.7.10.
To my bad luck ,the same got faulty again on 2.8.10 - ' Camera not working' for which I approached the above service center again. This time no job cad was issued despite my request and was told that I shall receive a call from thier end within 2-3 days, to come with the set for changing the part.
I humbly request that up till now I have spent lot of time & energy besides money on conveyance. This is indeed a matter of great concern that despite providing remedy I was mis-behaved by Service Center representative- Mr. Vicky. On 19.7.10 .Mr. Harpal Singh ( 9873314704) from the co. side was also present in the service center on 19.7.10 and had promised for a speadier resolution but the same could not be extended.
Now I am only left wth an option to wait, please Help!
