    Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recently on the 9th Mar, ’09, bought a brand new E71, Nokia mobile handset from a ‘Hot Spot’ authorized dealer in Delhi, with an appropriate bill. Right from the first day of purchase, the mobile set has been giving some or the other problems. Like the mobile switching to ‘Mute’ automatically, during both incoming & out-going calls. On account of which, the other person is unable to listen to my voice.

I am & have been, a loyal customer of Nokia for quite some time, this being my 3rd, Nokia handset in last 4 years. I am providing the necessary details of my E71 set & purchase particulars (below), for your reference & action.

    DETAILS OF E71 HANDSET:

    Model: E71-1

    IMEI: 351940030141180

    WLAN: 0024044927FB2

Bought from: M/s Classic Business Centre, Shop No:-, Plot No-5, H-Block Market, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076
    TIN No: 07900318816
    Invoice No: 632103813
