Hello sir

I have purchased Nokia E63 from Noida in feb 2010.
After some i experience that my phone is rebooting automatically.
for which i go to Nokia care there they repaired it Two times but problem not rectified.
Now my phone is with them for last 35 days and they r having solution for that.
After mailing them many times they r providing me Swapped phone which is of older date then my one and a Used set.

I want withet new set or my one .

Please help me

Apart from this send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Nokia, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the Proper solution else refund within the mentioned time in the notice.

Wait for their response and revert us back.
