After the camera problem I have submitted my Spice M 7070 handset to M/s Anshul Agencies, F 3, Deep Shri parasar, Opp HDFC Bank, Jahalawar road, Kota, Rajasthan. Work order Number SRJ252410600575 Dated 14Jun2010.
(the authorized service center of Spice in Kota) The handset was under warranty.

From the date I have got just only dates instead of repaired mobile handset. The service center officials tells me a new date every time. I dont think that a customer should be treated like this.

We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of SPICE, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the replacement + damages within the mentioned time in the notice.
Wait for their response and revert us back.
Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
