    Hi
    I purchased a new mobile(on 24/5/2010 videocon vc1425 imei no:910041350302272) in Hello communications in hyderabad.I got problem on 19/06/2010.I went to Siri communications one of the authorized service center from videocon.They took my mobile on 21/06/2010.They told they will take 7 working days to complete your request.Nearly one month is completed and still I didn't get my mobile.
    The service center people are not responding properly.The worst service center from videocon.When ever I am calling they are telling it will be completed in two more days.These people are not resonding and they are not caring about the customers.

    Default VIDEOCONE Mobile

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of VIDEOCONE, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the product in working condition or refund within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Hi Richa,

    I called the customer care yesterday,I told them the situation and I asked the status of my phone.Surprisingly they told me that my complaint is not logged in there database and they are not able to find my record.I told them to take the complaint they registered the complaint yesterday(19/7/2010).From one month onwards these siri communication people are doing nothing.Simply they are telling it will be completed and they are doing nothing.

    Please guide me

    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Videocon customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of Videocon Via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.

    i gived my new vidicon mobile with charzing problem they returned my mobile after 1 month.but it was not charzing ,i went to anthor mobile service center they changed cable worth Rs 250\-,i wasted my time giving my mobile in to siricommuniactions.worest and irresponseble service center throug out the city.i sugest sonyericson,vidiocon mobile holders put ur mobile behind mmts train insted of giving in siricommunicatons. every time i visit there any one coustmer sufering and finally irretating and getting out theire mobile from there.
