I purchased Nokia battary 4 months ago. I asked for original battary. Mobile shop salesman gave me dulpicate battary with bill. and offered me 6 months warranty. Due to some reason, my mobile battary changed its actual shape and stopped working. Now, My conditions are under warrenty. Stilll shop owner denies that this type of warrenty is not offered by company. After contacting Nokia care, i got to know my battary was duplicate.
Now, shop owner arguing i need to check battery at the time of purchase. and asking me what ever i can do, he is not going to change.
