Respected concerned officer,

I had a sony ericsson mobile phone c510 ( IMEI no. - 35400803- 224203- 9 ), which i bought on 25th of july last year.
Due to some camera problem, i submitted my mobile for repairs on 29th of june at Sony ericsson service centre, Lajpat Nagar. The work order no. of my mobile is SE310TEC14349, which is used to check the status of the unit.
I was ensured that my handset would be handed over to me within maximum 5 days.
But now they are postponing the date. As per the direction of workers of service center, i filed a complaint in the main customer care of Sony ericsson by dialing 011-39011111 and my complaint number is 87802274..but no satisfying answer was received from them.
As per the terms My mobile is in the warranty period till 25th of this month..

Hoping a rigid action against the company....

Hello,
We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of SONY ERICSSON, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the product in working condition or refund + damages within the mentioned time in the notice.
Wait for their response and revert us back.
Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
