    Post Sony Ericcson U100i

    I have purchased a Sony Mobile phone in the month of April but the mobile phone never worked fine for me. I submitted my mobile phone to Sony Ericcson Service center based in Noida Sec-18. They first of all did nothing to my mobile phone and gave me, my mobile phone back and that to without repairing. After that also they broke my mobile phone memory card during the servicing Janmeed Kaur on 17th July, 2010 at 09:58AM and she transferred the call to floor Supervisor Mr. Jitendra Kumar but they denied supporting me. I asked for refund or for the new machine but they didn't do anything. I again submitted my mobile phone on 23rd of June and they are not returning my mobile phone back and even without repairing. Please help me with this so that I can either get the refund or the new mobile phone.

    Hello Consumer Court Members,
    If you are facing the same problem with your Sony Mobile again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with their Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of Sony Ericcson, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
