Dear Sir
i bought a new Fly mobile from Anmol watches on 22 june 2010 .on 24 june i had problem in the mobile that the person calls me can not hear my voice ,I went to Anmol watches these persons didnt cooperated well with me .Then I went to the fly customer care in sector 35-A Chandigarh.they also not created the Do for the mobile ,they said it will be repaired so the complaint date of the mobile is June 26 ,2010.Workorder no FIN106GMM11028 .the service center name is GSM Masters .
now til date i didn't got my mobile repaired and it is already 3 weeks i submitted the mobile .The problem is only of microphone .
dear sir i lost an opportunity to join a new group offering me due to the no was switched off .Now I borrowed a new mobile .
Dear sir please have a fare judgement ,this type of mobile seller and service centres should be finned heavily ,not to provide a good service after sales.
Because during purchase they promise to replace the mobile if get faulty,but if problem persist they even dont talk well.
