I had bought a nokia n85 cell phone from hotspot mobile shop located M.I.Road Jaipur which did not even work properly for 40 days.It had a problem with its mike camera battery charger and the software for which the invoice number is 621 of book no.13 and paid RS25,000.(IMEI No.356376021962976) including the care pack for RS1500.When i took the phone for repair it was supposed to be returned with in 7 days from 16/2/09 book no. 1250 job sheet number 009 and was not returned even after it took 25 days and still did not get it repaired. Then they gave me a new N85 (IMEI No,356376022569739) for which i was told to keep as a standby handset and even asked me not to tell it to anyone as they will get it replaced from nokia by creating some false problems and now it has not even been 15 days and is again not working and the retail store hotspot doesnot support me at all in resolving my problem though they have charged RS25000 from me and its under guarantee. What should i do in this situation i am a midle class person for whom RS25000 means a huge amout. Please suggest me that is there any way other then approaching the consumer court through which i can get a quick resolution and would request you to please throw out employees like Mr.Anurag M.I.Road Outlet(m.no.9001093130) and Mr.Vishal manager operations Jayanti Bazaar outlet (m.no.9799112000) most irresponsible people who dont have any kind of respect for the customers rather they believe more in cheating the customers.I would again request you to please take a very strict action against these kind of people who can even go to the extend of threatning the customers and asking them to keep there mouth shut so that no one can complain against them . This will help hotspot to serve the customers better and be genuine with them.
