I own a Nokia product N86 8MP. Today visited the rohini Dexter's Digital Lab for Nokia care centre again to get my handset repaired with the same problem of battery backup that occured earlier, still continuing and i visited the centre at 31 March 2010. however at that time the engineer formated the phone and he said everything is good. However it never got corrected and i didn't got chance to visit the center again till today due to my busy schedule. Also at1 that time nobody told me that job sheet will be created for same problem again within 1 month. At that time attendant told me that battery has no problem without checking it. Now today the attend told me that it can be a problem within battery as well. And it is not in warrenty because 6 months has passed. Why shouldn't the previous attendant checked it? Also the key pad of the phone is getting scratched due to sliding effect of the phone. Thats a manufacturing defect it should be replaced please get it done. I am using Nokia over a years now and i can't expect this kind of service from nokia itself1 who is a world's leading company in mobile phone. I was planning to buy Nokia N8, but looking at this kind of service i have to change my mobile brand and this kind of service force me not to buy Nokia again and will also suggest my friends not to buy Nokia. This was not expected from Nokia.

My problem in Phone: Battery indicator drops down to 1 from 3 or 4 and shows low battery. Also i want my keypad to be replaced as it is manufacturing defect.
Please get this corrected as the phone is lying in the care shop.and my phone is still in warrenty. Other wise i have to contact consumer court1 as suggested by my elders.

I have opened the case with Nokia itself. however still they don't have any update. Its been three times i have submitted my phone for same problem but improvement in that.
Please help me out on this.
