Dear Sir / Madam,
The above mentioned Samsung Handset was deposited to J.M.D. TeleServices authorized by SAMSUNG on 28.06.10 for repair of the same. It was informed that touch screen has gone faulty and same needs to be replaced. It was informed me to collect my handset within three days but later it was told that the equipment was not ready and was asked to come after 2 days due to unavailability of touch screen. After 2 days, I again went to J.M.D. TeleServices to collect my handset and was again told to come next week as the set was not ready as touch screen was still not available. Its been 3 weeks since the handset has been given for repair but still i have not recieved my handset and I am being given false assurance again and again.
Since its only the CDMA phone I have and I am badly affected due to its non availability. So I request you to guide me to whom should I take this up with so as to get an earliest resolution or replacement.
Kindly suggest the way forward. Appreciate your prompt repsonse.
