I purchased a new mobile dated on 29.01.2011 from TIRUPUR Paradise. After using couple days my mobile has struck technical problem and mobile was taken to Space Technologies which was advised by TIRUPUR Paradise.
I have handed over the mobile to your authorized service center (SPACE TECHNOLOGIES, Tirupur) for service.

Really I am fed-up with your service center and your people. Since the day, I have been asking your service people regarding mobile status, till date they state that spares are not available at for your factory.
When ever I ask for the replacement / refund of mobile, your service center representatives convince me by saying that mobiles will ready by this week.... So suggest how long should I wait for my mobile. I have invested money on your Karbonn mobile and not used even for a month time. I think, I have hold patient for a very long time. So now I send this mail to take an immediate action for replacement / refund or for better service. Even If I don’t get any reply from your end.
