On 2 oct 2009 i purchased my karbonn mobile. in apr 2010 it got complaint, i given to the service on 4 apr 2010 , even after their service its having the same issue(automatically switch off) and again i given to the service centre , but its not rectified. But suddenly the service partner is changed and again i went to the new service centre on 12/5/10 , but till now they didnt repaired the handset and i almost lost around 3 month warranty period for the repair of the handse and still it counting.
