I bought Nokia handset monel no.6700 classic ( IMEI : 353181035022640) On dt.30th-Aug-2009.After 7 months my ph suddenly got hanged and then i was not able to switch it on.It has some display problem And i gave my set for repair on dt.20-may-10 at NOKIA CARE vaishali gahziabad(Gupta Associates) for repair(Job sheet Number 1783). They accepted my handset as it was in warranty and said it has some display problem, and u will get it tommorow.Another day they said it has some IC problem and we are sending it to nokia center.After 12 days they said ur phone has been declared tempered and now it is out of warranty. i asked them to give it to me in written. then they gave me in written after another 10 days and that to just one line with no specific reason and just saying that u have opened it somewhere else.

They opened it for the first time and now blaming me...They are not even able to explain me the proper reason behind that.I have all my bills and complaint details with me. After that i mailed the details to Nokia care but just recieved a mail that we would not be able to repair it as it is "beyond economical repair".

After that i made a call to Nokia center, there also they just said that some unauthorized person must have opened it(Call Number 1-11036152213).

I am highly disappointed by the nokia service.Please help me.
