I regret to inform you that on 23rd June 2010 I purchased a mobile handset (model- Samsung guru 2130)
from The Mobile Store, 1/bf-190, Saltlake city, Kolkata (near swimming pool). My billing Customer number
is 108300666. The person of The Mobile Store, who was misguided me and wrongly described me as my requirement, but unfortunately I bought the mobile handset. The specification of that mobile handset which
I bought was different specification from actual specified on handset manufacturer’s website, which I have
later seen. After three hours, I went to the Store and told to the head of the shop for justifying. He denied
about that problem and told me they cannot do anything.
In view of the above fact, I would like to request you to justifying properly and take necessary step for any unnecessary harassment in future.
